Do Life With Us This Sunday

Get Connected

Don’t Do Life Alone

God designed us to live in relationship with one another.  Here are some of the ways to get connected at New Hope…

Life Groups

Sunday morning is our opportunity for corporate worship, but it’s not always conducive to quieter conversations or for opportunities to ask questions.  That’s where Life Groups come in.  We encourage each person that attends New Hope to choose an additional day each week to meet with other believers.  For 90 minutes a group of 10-12 people gathers in a home to study the Bible, to share life’s highs and lows, to pray for each other, and simply to hang out with friends.

Sunday Mornings

Join us for worship, coffee, and time with one another.  More info here…

Special Events

Each year we hold special events with different purposes.  Sometimes we celebrate specific holidays.  Often, we hold events for our kids.  And at times we take the opportunity to serve the people of East County.  No matter what the event, it’s always a celebration of life in Christ and a time to deepen our relationship as a family.

Sunday Mornings

We gather to worship at 10:00am on Sunday mornings at Mary Casey Black Elementary School – 480 Farmington Rd., Brentwood, CA.  The length of our worship time is about 1 hour, 10 minutes.  We’ve got coffee and donuts, and we typically spend time talking informally outside after our time of worship.  Most that attend New Hope dress California casual, but how you dress is entirely up to you.

Kids Matter to Us

We have special options for kids when you feel comfortable to entrust them to us.  There is childcare for infants and toddlers available from the beginning of worship to the end.  Kids preschool through 5th grade start with the adults in the main auditorium for music and a short kids’ message.  They are then welcomed to leave the service at about 10:20 for a kid-designed program.  They’ll learn Bible stories, play games, and make crafts.

Because we want your kids to have a great time, we choose volunteers who love to work with children.  And because we are concerned for their safety, everyone who works with them has is background checked.  We require parents to sign their kids in and out, and to fill in information about them that will help us better care for them.

Middle School and High School Students

Because they’re preparing to become fully active members of the church, Middle School and High School students stay in the worship service.  They  are encouraged to connect with our Youth Director, Kayla, before and after the worship hour.

Student Ministries

The Middle School and High School years are critical years for growth and spiritual formation.  New Hope is dedicated to students and their parents.  Connect with our Youth Director, Kayla Stelle, and join us for the following events:
